Thank you for showing interest in one of our properties. We look forward to processing your application. The following documents are needed to accompany your application before we are able to process.
- Completed Application for all Applicants. (Each person over the age of 18 must complete an application and provide copy of their identification. Only borrowers that are responsible financially are to provide financial documents.)
- Copy of Driver License or Acceptable Identification
- 2 months of pay stubs and all sources of income. (Gross income is used to qualify. Income that is not gross income, ie: Social Security, etc. will be grossed up for qualifying purposes.)
- 2 months Bank Statements
- If you are a qualified applicant being considered for the home, you will be sent a link for a credit check with TransUnion via email. (a Fee from TransUnion will be collected at the time of the Credit Check)
- Picture a pet, if you have a pet.
