JC Properties is the best property management company I have ever worked with. I was recommended to them by a friend who recently switched over to their company and it was the best decision I have ever made. Jenell and her colleagues go above and beyond for us when it comes to taking care of our properties. They do annual and semiannual inspections. I dont ever have to worry about any problems that arise with our units because it is all taken care of. I have never worked with a management company that is so on top of things and is very responsive when I have questions. I feel so at ease knowing that my investment is in good hands.

I have been a tenant for 3 years now and honestly they have been the best property management company I’ve ever been with. They are so helpful, positive, and kind and it really makes a difference. I’m a very private keep to myself kind of person and i’ve never had one single issue living here. They are on top of everything. If I have any problems I can just send them an email or text and know that it will be taken care of as soon as possible.
